Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant data protection laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. It sets forth the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Metadevs LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.2. The Operator places the highest priority on respecting human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protecting the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.3. This Policy applies to all information the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://metadevs.tech.
2. Key Concepts Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of the processing of personal data (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.4. Information system of personal data — a set of personal data contained in databases, and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in it being impossible to determine the affiliation of personal data to a specific User or another subject without additional information;
2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data — any information related directly or indirectly to a determined or determinable User of the website https://metadevs.tech;
2.9. User — any visitor to the website https://metadevs.tech;
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an indefinite number of persons, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, foreign natural or foreign legal person;
2.13. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) resulting in the destruction of tangible media of personal data.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.5. The above-mentioned data hereinafter in the text of the Policy is collectively referred to as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at info@metadevs.tech with the note "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers."
4.3. Anonymized user data collected using internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://metadevs.tech. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (the saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for the Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data
6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to comply fully with the requirements of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.3. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or with the explicit consent of the User.
6.4. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address info@metadevs.tech with the note "Updating personal data."
6.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator’s email address info@metadevs.tech with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."
7. GDPR Compliance
7.1. The User has the following rights under the GDPR:
  • The right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data.
  • The right of access to their personal data.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data.
  • The right to erasure of their personal data.
  • The right to restrict processing of their personal data.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to object to the processing of their personal data.

7.2. To exercise these rights, the User can send a request to info@metadevs.tech. The Operator will respond to such requests in accordance with the GDPR requirements.
8. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
8.1. The Operator, prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, is obliged to ensure that the foreign state, to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
8.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if there is written consent from the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.

9.1. The User can get any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email info@metadevs.tech.
9.2. This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
